Xanthohumol has several outstanding properties: it is an extraordinary anti-oxidant agent and highly effective in combating free radicals.
Furthermore, Xanthohumol's taste is entirely neutral. It can be used in a whole gamut of foods. At the time of writing, the following Xanthohumol enriched products are in development and trial : muesli bars, chocolate, yoghurt, bread, pastries and biscuits.
