2004
Scientists at the Technical University (TU) Munich make the breakthrough: Xanthohumol can, for the first time, be made soluble and introduced into clear liquids by entirely natural means and without recourse to complex technology. The process is patented and Tonio Arcaini acquires the rights.

2005
TA-XAN AG is incorporated with its headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany, as part of the TA Group.

2006
TA-XAN AG tests „XAN Wellness“, the first soft drink with Xanthohumol in selected regional markets in Northern and Southern Germany.

2007
„XAN Wellness“ is launched on the German market.

2008
Research and development of further innovative products containing Xanthohumol with particular emphasis on their appeal to a broad target audience concerned with healthy living.

2009
Development of the XAN Tea range.

2010
Launch of the XAN Tea range (flavours: Açaí, Pomegranate, Green Apple).
